A1 Drafting is a professional company preparing building design, planning applications and documentation for the residential and commercial market.
Based in Melbourne’s East, we service the Melbourne metropolitan area, country Victoria and develop building projects throughout Australia.
We work primarily in the domestic sector, specialising in new home design, extension design, dual occupancy and unit developments. We also design and prepare documentation for all types of projects including industrial developments, commercial spaces, aged care and childcare facilities.
