Description:
This existing single storey weatherboard house in Brighton East has been transformed with an upper storey addition, which also included some alterations to the existing ground floor to open up the living area to the rear yard. A master bedroom with generous ensuite was also created at ground floor level.

A further two bedrooms, bathroom and a retreat were added at first floor level. This provides the dwelling with flexible zones for living.

Capital Building Contractors completed the build to their usual high standards.
