Description:

This project was designed for a client who wanted to retain one of the dwellings to live in with his family. This meant that some specific requirements had to be incorporated whilst also ensuring the second dwelling still offered wide market appeal.

Each dwelling contains four bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open plan living area with direct access to a covered outdoor entertainment area.

A1 Drafting guided the client through the design, planning and building permit processes which often presented unique challenges that needed to be overcome.
